看誰卡在個人版本循環、哪一組 PR 正等著補改或核准。只讀 GitHub 公開資料，不替學員操作。See who is stuck in the solo version loop, and whose PR is waiting for changes or approval. It reads public GitHub data only — it never acts for the participants.

無 token 時 GitHub API 每個 IP 每小時只有 60 次，只適合少量 repo 手動讀一次；自動更新必須先填 token。請使用唯讀、最小權限 token，且不要放進教材、repo 或截圖。Without a token the GitHub API allows only 60 calls per hour per IP — enough for one manual read of a few repos. Auto-refresh needs a token. Use a read-only, least-privilege token, and keep it out of handouts, repos and screenshots.

依 GitHub 官方步驟建立 fine-grained token；只選課堂練習 repo，Repository permissions 的 Contents、Metadata 與 Pull requests 都只給 Read-only，並設定短效期。這個雷達不需要任何寫入權限。Follow the official GitHub steps to create a fine-grained token. Pick only the classroom practice repos, set Contents, Metadata and Pull requests to Read-only under Repository permissions, and give it a short expiry. This radar needs no write access at all.

名字已遮住——現在投影出去不會點到名。Names are masked — projecting now will not single anyone out.

投影機如果是鏡像模式，切過來之前先按「遮住名字」（快捷鍵 H），紅綠燈與人數照看，只有桌牌與 repo 名會糊掉。想乾脆用手機看雷達，就按「傳到手機」把設定帶過去——token 不會跟著走。If the projector mirrors your screen, press 遮住名字 (Mask names, shortcut H) before you switch over. Traffic lights and counts stay readable; only desk labels and repo names blur. To watch the radar on your phone instead, press 傳到手機 (Send to phone) to carry the settings across — the token does not travel with it.

雷達只看得見已經推上 GitHub 的人。P1 到 P4 還沒有人 push，這裡整片空白——但那正是最多人卡住的時段。現場回饋補的就是這一段：學員用手機按難度、丟問題，不必等 repo 建好。課前沒有部署服務就略過這一區，雷達其他功能不受影響。The radar can only see people who have already pushed to GitHub. Through P1–P4 nobody has pushed yet, so this page stays blank — and that is exactly when most people get stuck. Live feedback fills the gap: participants tap a difficulty level and send questions from their phones, without waiting for a repo. If you did not deploy the service before class, skip this section; the rest of the radar still works.

⚠️ 難度是「現在的狀態」、不是紀錄：學員按過「我卡住了」之後如果沒再改，紅色會一直留著。巡完桌解決了，請他順手改一下。⚠️ Difficulty is a current state, not a log. If someone taps 我卡住了 (I'm stuck) and never changes it, the red stays on. Once you have visited the table and sorted it out, ask them to update it.
