Design a portrait poster for a fictional campus book swap, inviting first-year students, including international students. This is not an actual announcement, venue reservation or officially endorsed event.

Offline route / 帳號或裝置受阻

Open the offline studio. Choose A and select Save v0 before editing. Change a field, then save v1 and your notes. Check your Downloads folder. These files are not submitted automatically.

A, B and C are editable SVG teaching mockups made for this package, not Gemini test results or event photos. A says 18:30; B changes it to 16:30; C adds an unauthorized “OFFICIAL NDHU EVENT” claim. Make and explain your own decision. Identify the source as “teaching mockup + my edits.”

Without a laptop, share a screen or use printed A/B/C sheets. Circle a detail, write a revision instruction, sketch the revision and complete the same E1. Access barriers do not lower your mark and do not create a requirement to rerun AI later.

Test and revise / 檢查，再修一件事

Compare your own image with the fixed facts. Inspect the time and place. View it at phone width to check readability. Look for invented endorsements or links. Circle or screenshot one actual issue.

對照固定資訊，縮到手機寬度，圈出一個實際問題。

If the time really is wrong, try:

Keep the layout and all other content. Change only the event time to 16:30. Do not add information.

If the time is already right, use your observed issue instead. If your first image passes the checks, record a passed test and choose an improvement for the reader. Do not invent a failure to fill the card.

Save v1. Check whether the requested change happened and whether anything else changed. If it remains wrong, record the remaining issue and choose another request or a manual edit. Adding a text box in Slides, PowerPoint or LibreOffice Impress is valid; keep v0 and disclose the manual change.

Make it yours / 做成自己的版本

Return to the tool or offline-studio tab you were just using and continue with your own v1. Do not open a fresh studio for this step: it starts again with mockup A. In Gemini, use the conversation for your image; if needed, find the image in Library and choose Chat. Keep the title BOOK SWAP. After your change, save the revised image and update your notes.

回到剛才的工具或工作室分頁，接著自己的 v1 修改，不重開素材。保留 BOOK SWAP；改完再保存圖像與紀錄。

Choose a more specific reader, such as international freshmen or graphic-novel readers. Change one tagline, color choice or visual emphasis while keeping the event facts. Avoid stereotypes.

選一種讀者，改一個視覺決定，保留活動事實。

Ask a peer to say: “At ___, I see ___. For our reader, this means ___.” They should point to the image. Accept their suggestion or explain why you do not.

Open the blank E1 card. Type and print/save as PDF, or print and write by hand. It does not save or submit automatically.

Record the inspected version; adopt, modify or reject; one visible detail and its location; why it matters for the brief or reader; your next action and check; and the source/tool/mockup plus your own changes. All three decisions are valid with evidence.

Complete and submit E1 in class. Follow the teacher’s class and e-learning announcement for submission. This material adds no new percentage, deadline or public-posting requirement.
